KKB (Turkey Credit Bureau) and IBM (Global Technology Company) have agreed to expand their collaboration in data management, core system modernization, and artificial intelligence. This decision has been made to strengthen KKB's data infrastructure and critical systems.
KKB's Role in Turkey's Financial Ecosystem
KKB serves as a key entity in Turkey's financial ecosystem, providing reliable data and technology infrastructure. This entity is enhancing its data infrastructure and core systems to create suitable solutions using IBM's watsonx family of artificial intelligence products.

Modernization and Performance Improvement
IBM's efforts to modernize KKB's core system solutions have helped accelerate software development processes within this entity and have also increased operational transparency, performance monitoring, and database management capabilities. These actions enhance the security and efficiency of KKB's financial systems in both core and open systems.
The goal of this collaboration is to manage integration across various systems more effectively to achieve an annual capacity supporting over 8.5 billion transactions.

İsil Kilinç Gurtuna, CEO of IBM Turkey, announced that the long-term collaboration between the company and KKB has reached a new level, and IBM is committed to supporting the implementation of innovative programs and preparing KKB's critical operations using artificial intelligence technologies and core systems.

Abdullah Bilgin, Deputy CEO of IT and Research & Development at KKB, stated that technology investments are a key part of preparing for the future financial ecosystem. He noted that maintaining and increasing high transaction volumes, performance, uninterrupted services, security, and scalability are of great importance to this entity.
Bilgin also stated that the expanded collaboration with IBM will assist in the modernization of KKB's core systems and will create a more effective integration structure across different platforms. He added that artificial intelligence will be one of the key components of this transformation in enhancing operational efficiency.
